Public School Choice and Supplemental Educational Services Notice
United States Department of Education (USDOE) regulations released October 28, 2008
require school districts to prominently display on their local Web sites the following
information:
- The number of students who were eligible for and who participated in SES and PSC,
beginning with data from the 2007-2008 school year and for each subsequent year.
In the 2007-2008 school year, 6890 (72%) of ECOT's students were eligible for SES services. A total of 543 students participated in SES services. For 2007-2008, ECOT spent a total of $557,500 on SES. For 2008-2009, ECOT has allocated $768,067.74 for SES. $852,000 was spent toward Supplemental Educational Services (SES) in
2009-2010. In 2010-2011, ECOT spent $1,173,212.00 and served over 900 students. - A list of SES providers approved by the Ohio Department of Education, as well as
the locations where the services are provided for the current school year.

Legal notice: The Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow school is a community school
established under Chapter 3314 of the Revised Code. The school is a public school
and students enrolled in and attending the school are required to take proficiency
test and other examinations prescribed by law. In addition, there may be other requirements
for students at the school that are prescribed by law. Students who have been excused
from the compulsory attendance law for the purpose of home education as defined
by the Administrative Code shall no longer be excused for that purpose upon their
enrollment in a community school. For more information about this matter, contact
