ECOT students and parents alike enjoy teacher interaction unique to an online learning environment.
ECOT teachers have their own Web sites that function as a virtual homeroom or "learn center." Parents and students go to these sites to view daily assignments and grades.
Under Ohio law, students must engage with their teachers regularly (via face-to-face, phone and email meetings). ECOT teachers are available by phone and email during regular office hours and as their schedules allow. Students and parents form unique relationships with teachers because of the direct line of communication between them.
